Charlie on reception was very pleasant. A particular thanks to the young man on night duty who was really lovely. The breakfast was excellent - so much choice (hot and cold) and a variety of healthy options as well as pastries) and nicely cooked. Room was really clean. Would definitely recommend (and have already)

Lovely spacious room clean comfortable beds and excellent refreshment tray friendly staff very good value breakfast buffet with an amazing amount of options The hotel was very well located, especially if you arrive by train and come out of the rear of the railway station however walking back late at night was a little bit unpleasant There were a number of homeless people under the bridge. It didn’t detract from the stair but definitely I would get a taxi next time.

Perfect location to the city and easy to find if your new to the city. The hotel reception was spotless and beautiful and the rooms were very clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, excellent variety of good quality food right up until they stopped serving. Staff were very helpful and friendly too which added to a perfect stay!

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. We stayed over night for an awards ceremony. The venue was nice and the food was okay, a little bland for my taste but that's personal preference. Was cooked well and nicely presented. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful at the desk. The location was great for us and the lift from the cat park straight into the room was great as we had a lot of luggage.

The hotel was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly. Only a short walk into the town so the location was also very good. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size with a super king bed (website had only stated a double)

The hotel was very accommodating for us. We travelled for the first time with our newborn baby and Hamid was brilliant. We asked if the rooms had fridges to store the babies milk which they didn’t, however, Hamid went out of his way to source one for us within a matter of ours. The location is great as it is 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre for shopping and restaurants etc. The hotel was very clean and had everything that we required. It was great value for money.
