Charlie on reception was very pleasant. A particular thanks to the young man on night duty who was really lovely. The breakfast was excellent - so much choice (hot and cold) and a variety of healthy options as well as pastries) and nicely cooked. Room was really clean. Would definitely recommend (and have already)

Perfect location to the city and easy to find if your new to the city. The hotel reception was spotless and beautiful and the rooms were very clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, excellent variety of good quality food right up until they stopped serving. Staff were very helpful and friendly too which added to a perfect stay!

I loved the location of the property and how clean and spacious the room was.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful at the desk. The location was great for us and the lift from the cat park straight into the room was great as we had a lot of luggage.

The hotel was very accommodating for us. We travelled for the first time with our newborn baby and Hamid was brilliant. We asked if the rooms had fridges to store the babies milk which they didn’t, however, Hamid went out of his way to source one for us within a matter of ours. The location is great as it is 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre for shopping and restaurants etc. The hotel was very clean and had everything that we required. It was great value for money.
